glow and play + DIY LED balloons

It is super easy to make glow in the dark balloons. You can activate a glow stick, stuff the glow stick inside the balloons and inflate. They sell LED glow balloons at wal-mart and on amazon.com. The cheapest and best way to make them is to buy LED finger lights from amazon.com You just turn them on and then put them inside of white or colored balloons and voila!!  Hours of fun!! They work with or without blacklight.
