I like going to the beach in the late afternoon so that we can see the really cool colored reflections in the sand! The kids really like seeing the reflections too!

late afternoon beach reflections
We decided to take a very late afternoon impromptu trip to the beach, which resulted in some very cool pictures! A lot of the photos have really awesome full color reflections!!!
Look closely for awesome full color reflections and some shadows! Oh! and one with both a shadow and a full color reflection!!! I think we will do more late afternoon beach trips!
We took a few fun things to the beach to play with... a crawl through tunnel, liquid watercolors in spray bottles, 5 bilibo mini's, and alligator sand diggers. They really loved chasing their shadows and seeing their shadows on the sand!! I think I like going to the beach between 4-7 pm better than in the morning. It was so much fun with the shadows!!
